以前來太原住過別的貝殼酒店，覺得還不錯，這次也選了貝殼，本來幾天住下來覺得也還可以，最後一天的早晨收拾行李的時候，房門被一個男人莫名其妙地打開了，嚇出一身冷汗，也不知道是幹什麼的，門口房間的燈明明亮着顯示有人，不知道為什麼、哪裡的人就往裡闖。安全性真的太差了，太差了，以後再也不會住任何一家貝殼，勸大家也別住。

房間空間很大，活動空間很充足，整體裝修效果不錯，房間採光也很好，衞生間洗漱淋浴用水水壓足夠，床睡着很舒服，適合休息。

房間打掃得乾淨衞生，床上用品被子、枕頭乾淨整潔，衞生間熱水合適，合適洗澡解除疲勞，提供有瓶裝水，考慮的很好

環境差的要命 一開門房間一股臭味 地板臟 毛巾臟 洗手枱也很臟 剛訂的房進去衞生紙竟然是快用完的一半的 隔音更是差的沒話説 床單被罩像是塑料一樣 晚上開燈 燈還一閃一閃的 連一個呼叫前台的座機都沒有 水管裏的熱水也很難得 掛衣服的鈎子也是壞的 沒有電梯 提着一大推東西爬樓梯能累死了 反正住了一晚體驗感極差 這麼多年住過最差的酒店 避雷 以後也不會再訂這家了 勸退

作為一家連鎖酒店，確實比較差：1、入住後發現馬桶沒水，且馬桶內小便沒沖（房間怎麼清掃的？）2、空調缺佛不製冷，因悶熱半夜沖涼2次。3、外窗不隔音，整夜車流聲聲入耳。4、一次性牙刷掉毛嚴重，質量極差。5、床頭3個插座都沒電，充電得到床尾對面。經濟型酒店不介意房間面積和設施是否陳舊，但基本使用功能和服務都做不好，令人無語。
