The bed was not clean. There was hair when I checked in. I lied for a while and started to itch where my body touched the bed. I changed my room after 12 o’clock in the evening. The experience was poor

酒店的地理位置非常不錯，酒店的服務也非常不錯，住的也挺舒服的房間也挺乾淨還有免費的停車場。還有免費的礦泉水可以喝。下次出差還會選擇這家酒店。

衞生特別差，住過所有酒店裡最臟的一家！！沒有之一。廁所的鏡子全是水點子。水龍頭的白色不是水鹼漬，是上一個客人刷牙的牙膏沫子（因為我以為是水鹼，我還用手摸了一下，太噁心）刷牙杯子看圖就行，底部自己看圖吧，杯壁還有牙膏漬。
剛入住時房間沒有拖鞋，和前台説，前台讓我們去樓道的保潔車裡自己找，我們找了，發現沒有，前台説那可能就是沒有拖鞋了。。。我們説那怎麼辦，後讓他去別的樓層再看看，後來送來三雙鞋。之後電視又打不開，前台又是來來回回好幾次，去別的房間找了個白色遙控器打開了，自己房間的黑色遙控器可以調台，臨睡時發現電視又關不上了，總是亮着屏幕，一問前台，是前台把能開關的遙控器拿走了。我們沒辦法，衹能拔了電源插銷。。。隔音太差了，隔壁是一羣男男女女開了好幾間房，都聚在我們隔壁打牌玩鬧，我們入住都半夜12點多了，洗完澡隔壁還在嘻嘻哈哈，説話聲音我們全程聽得仔仔細細，聯繫前台，前台態度倒是挺好的，幫我們給隔壁打了幾次電話，才安靜下來。
開始看着評論還行，4.7分的評分想着還不錯，真不知道4.7分是怎麼來的😂😂臨走店長説最近春節沒有保潔，都是外邊請的臨時工。。。
要問為什麼這麼差還住，因為入住時已經半夜了，又帶着孩子，旅行了一週，太累了，再折騰個酒店就要凌晨1點多了。

咱們這邊酒店相對來説位置也很好找，有很多洗衣服，擦鞋，泡腳都是免費的，最終是前台工作，服務態度也很好。周到給我們辦理入住的時候送了一個身份證卡套。挺不錯的，是酒店前台有免費的礦泉水，不限量也有小吃茶水，茉莉花茶水挺好的。我們是來山西太原這邊辦事兒的，雖然説同行都是以杭州一個酒店工作的，一個好評挺不錯的。14

14來山西太原就選擇這家酒店的原因是因為他們家的評分還挺高的，我們定了個不帶窗户的大床房，但是能看投影房間相對來還是挺不錯的，推薦給大家。最重要是前台工作人員給我們辦理入住的時候，細心又周到，給我送了一個身份證卡都挺不錯的，推薦給大家，下次我們還會來的，因為在他們家定了個鐘點房，不錯。
