酒店整體環境還是不錯的，衞生，乾淨，地理位置也是很方便的。和周圍相比都是很方便快捷的，旅遊景點也都比較集中。住房上面還是非常安靜的，寬敞，下次來太原還是可以選擇這裏的。

房間設施略舊了一點，不過服務很好，剛入住的房間門鎖有點壞，行李處的人員很細心馬上通知了同事給我們免費升級並換了房間，服務非常棒！歡迎水果也很快送到房間。地理位置很方便，去柳巷，食品街都很快，打車起步價內就可以到。在市區住的很好選擇。

房間有蚊子，吵得一晚上沒睡好，晚上給服務枱打電話想要個電子蚊香，也沒人接。
被單是臟的，帶有血跡，之前住過幾次，這次是感官最差的。
