I have stayed at Huakang Dijing Hotel many times, and each time I have a different experience, I was impressed by the housekeeping staff. Sister Yuan Junlian gave me buckwheat pillows and presented fruits and drinks. It makes you feel like you are not staying in a hotel. It feels like having a family at home. It is really the best service among hotels of the same level. I will continue to come and stay in the future.

Thank you for upgrading the family room, two one-meter two-bed rooms.
The room environment is still ok, European style, and free laundry, which is very user-friendly.

五一連住了四晚，整體評價很贊。
加分項：
1.服務意識很強的前台和門僮，有天晚上在**買了西瓜，西瓜太大塞不進送餐機器人，是大堂的人幫忙送上房間的，這個相當超出預期，值得點贊。另外有天中午急匆匆的回酒店上廁所，門口小哥很利索的給指了路，沒什麼廢話。
2.房間上下水很好，熱水充足，淋浴水量挺大的，洗澡可以很爽。
3.格局設計符合現代使用習慣，衞浴面積大，中間的玻璃擦的很乾凈，一眼看過去房間寬敞乾淨，不憋屈。
減分項：
1.停車位太緊張+完全沒有高峯應對預案，保安沒有受到相關培訓，車位寬鬆的時候放任客人胡亂停車浪費車位，沒位置的時候就兩手一攤，讓後面的顧客自求多福。
2.空調很弱，幸好五一還不算熱，影響不大。
3.冰箱壞的，報修後工程師來了，留下了一個果盤，冰箱還是那樣。
4.客房服務會忘記補充手紙，而且絕對不會收換杯子，估計是沒培訓這一條。

幾年前住過華康帝景大酒店，印象很好，念念不忘。這次大年初五特地又來到這裏，印象依然好。房間寬敞乾淨，窗外是楊家堡北巷，很安靜。餐廳華康宴的午餐晚餐菜品豐富，兩頓都點了山西著名的美食過油肉和剔尖麪，做得很地道，很美味。唯一感到美中不足的是早餐的咖啡未免過於寡淡了些，還不如房間裏提供的速溶咖啡香。也可能是就餐者中喝咖啡的太少。
