I booked a room online. According to the hotel, I booked a city view room and was arranged to stay in the annex building next to it. I was scalded, and no one in the hotel informed me that the cold water pipe was broken. If there is no cold water for emergency repairs, be careful of burns! When I found the front desk clerk, I was told that the cold water pipe was broken. I was sorry to be moved to a room in the main building. I often stay here on business trips and I feel worse and worse! Will never stay here again!
