This was a perfect housing experience. It was my second visit to Taiyuan in China and my first stay in this five-star hotel. I had a great experience, especially the service attitude and ability of Quentina of this hotel, who explained to me in fluent English, which made me feel like I was still in Britain.

This stay was great! I have to praise Xing Penglong at the front desk. From the moment I checked in, he was enthusiastic, professional and efficient in arranging everything for me, patiently answering all my questions, and always had a sincere smile on his face, which made me feel like spring breeze.
