This was a perfect housing experience. It was my second visit to Taiyuan in China and my first stay in this five-star hotel. I had a great experience, especially the service attitude and ability of Quentina of this hotel, who explained to me in fluent English, which made me feel like I was still in Britain.

One of the worst sub-category hotels in recent years. But no matter how bad a hotel is, there are still good employees. The front desk was proactive and enthusiastic in helping to deal with the problem of booking an extra room by mistake. This is the only small highlight of this three-day stay. What makes people angry is the breakfast room. If the hotel management can read this review and check the monitoring, I arrived at the breakfast room at 10:05 on the first morning. It was 5 minutes past the breakfast time. In fact, there were still dishes on the plate. , including the fact that you have freshly cooked noodles and rice noodles, but after asking, they all replied that they don’t have them. Are your noodles and rice noodles available in fixed quantities? The next day, I asked for a rice noodle dish with the beef stew I had eaten before, but we were told that this dish was not available. I stayed in this hotel many times a year ago, and I quite liked the beef rice noodles. The previous employees were also much kinder. I ordered a double-thick Ice Cream and got two regular American drinks. On the third day, I accepted the reality that there was no beef and prepared to make coffee by myself. However, the coffee machine ran out of coffee beans and told me that there would be no more coffee beans today.
