酒店前台服務特別熱情，環境設施非常非常好非常全面，房間衞生打掃的很細緻，早餐也特別好，豐富特色，給人感覺很好。

房間挺大的，設施也不錯，乾淨衞生。床墊舒適，這點優於很多酒店了。後院有停車場，自駕來的就很方便。早餐品類齊全，到中午11點，這個設定很人性化，不着急出門的可以晚點去吃。另外提出表揚的是前台服務人員，很有服務意識，會主動詢問，主動幫拿行李。

酒店位置很好，離機場和高鐵站都很近，酒店環境很好，大廳香氛很好聞，一進門問好聲特別親切，前台熱情大方，會主動幫忙拿行李，房間安排很滿意，智能語音控制，床品舒適，冰箱裏有免費的飲品，入住還有歡迎水果，太貼心了，早餐種類很多，味道很贊，還有山西特色刀削麪，各方面真的很滿意，下次入住還會再選擇漫心酒店。
