This hotel was amazing value for its money! Super quick didi ride from the train station, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and even though I was a foreigner, they gladly and willingly spoke to me in Chinese the whole time.
WiFi and shower were great. Beds comfortable. Even after we left Taiyuan, they were willing to help once we were in a different city. I’ve never experienced generosity and kindness.
My only qualm was that we requested a non-smoking room and the room smelled like cigarettes. Perhaps that’s at no fault of the hotel; for the guests who stay here, please respect the signs that say no smoking!

服務更是讓人暖到心裏。從踏入大堂開始，前台就帶着真誠的笑意，快速辦好入住還細心提醒電梯位置和周邊用餐推薦；中途想借個充電器，客房服務 2 分鐘就送到門口，還順帶問了句要不要加瓶礦泉水；離店時更是貼心，主動幫忙叫車，每個細節都透着被重視的妥帖，讓人覺得這趟住宿值回所有期待。
