This hotel was amazing value for its money! Super quick didi ride from the train station, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and even though I was a foreigner, they gladly and willingly spoke to me in Chinese the whole time.
WiFi and shower were great. Beds comfortable. Even after we left Taiyuan, they were willing to help once we were in a different city. I’ve never experienced generosity and kindness.
My only qualm was that we requested a non-smoking room and the room smelled like cigarettes. Perhaps that’s at no fault of the hotel; for the guests who stay here, please respect the signs that say no smoking!

The service was truly heartwarming. From the moment we entered the lobby, the front desk staff greeted us with a genuine smile. They quickly checked us in and provided helpful directions to the elevator and nearby dining recommendations. When we needed to borrow a charger, room service delivered it to our door in two minutes, even asking if we wanted a refill of mineral water. Upon departure, they were even more attentive, proactively helping us call a taxi. Every detail conveyed a sense of thoughtfulness, making our stay truly worthwhile.

I just found a hotel on the website, and it turned out to be an unexpected surprise. The room was clean and tidy, there was a bus stop at the door, and it was very close to the South Station. This trip was very smooth. I recommend staying here hahahaha😄

1. There was no heating until I checked out the next day. I asked the front desk to add a quilt, but it was still cold all night.
2. There was hair on the quilt, there was hair!!!
3. The floor was not clean!!!
4. You can't bring takeout upstairs. I was stuck on the first floor and couldn't get takeout. I went downstairs in shorts to get it.
5. The shower pipe was broken. It leaked when it was turned on, and the water was very small. I had to squat to take a shower.
