The facilities are complete, hygienic and clean, and the location is very good. The surrounding restaurants are eaten by locals and the taste is very authentic. The service is attentive, especially the customer service. I will stay again next time I come to Taiyuan.

一進去前台就問我住沒住過這家店，感覺怎麼説呢，挺奇怪的，然後讓我加20塊錢換房型，説我即將要住的這個很吵怎麼怎麼樣的，後來我想了想，可能是為了賺錢騙人的吧，還專門給我開一個很吵的房間嗎?他為了生意也不會這樣做吧，後來我説不用了，他又説免費給我升級房型讓我加微信給好評，結果晚上睡覺的時候，前半夜還好，從凌晨一點開始，我的媽呀，我開音樂都壓不過那種聲音，聲音賊大，聽着還挺恐怖，一晚上沒睡可以這樣説😓😓😓，原本想打電話讓前台解決一下，後來想了想都半夜了，打擾人家也不好，估計人家還睡着呢，但是我就奇怪了給我升級了房型還這麼吵嗎?不開玩笑聲音真的超大蔓延了一晚上，可想而知假如説不升級房型，那該是什麼樣子，住了這麼多次酒店第一次遇到這種，這都是拋開衞生環境之類的了，還有電視體驗感也不好，一會兒就沒信號了，總的來説就這吧，也不是差評或者怎麼樣的，就是奇怪，明知道吵還要開給人家嗎?😡

環境和設施還行，是連鎖酒店的正常水平，就是主打的影音房能提供的電影或者電視劇數量太少，又大多是一些沒啥名氣的爛片，小度音響好多歌都沒有版權，基本上可以忽略“影音”，單純當一個普通客房來住

本來預訂的旁邊的漢庭，因為漢庭裝修，攜程給我們換到了這個酒店，多出的錢攜程墊付。然後去入住的時候，前台讓我們把網絡預訂的取消掉，現場訂她給我們優惠，但是我們網上預訂的價格比她説的價格便宜！我們問是必須要取消嗎？人家説也不是必須的，網絡也可以。入住第二天早上去吃早餐，什麼也沒有，雞蛋要了很久都沒有。前面有桌客人都怒了，説雞蛋要了一小時都沒有，因為沒有吃的，我就想吃個雞蛋就結束，一直問一直沒有，怎麼三四次。

服務：房間電視有問題，給前台打了三四個電話，一個多小時之後，才磨磨蹭蹭來修
設施：床非常硬，感覺床墊上除了床單什麼也沒有，非常不舒服，但已經入住了，就湊合住了一晚上
衞生：毛巾和浴巾也是很薄很舊，看起來黃黃的，沒敢用
環境：住在離電梯不遠的房間，隔音非常差，等電梯的時候別人聊天，在房間聽的一清二楚，衞生間的洗手枱非常小，鏡子看着也臟臟的，非常不推薦！

不知道是品控還是啥原因 上回在一個縣城住尚客優設施環境啥的都很高級 而這家首先一進屋有一股怪味 而且床底很硬 前台服務也很一般 一直很不耐煩的樣子
