不如去年了！去年來住過一次感覺還不錯！今年就又選擇了這裏，好像還是一個房間！感覺有差距，衞生間的洗漱台都有損壞，存水！總之感覺沒有原來好了！去寧化府打了醋，晉祠轉一圈不錯！

首先白天很吵，7樓是小童遊樂場，白天在房間就能聽到一陣陣呼隆隆聲音，隔十幾二十幾分鐘一次，吵的像裝修搬家一樣，因為當天是元旦，小童遊樂場一直開到將近晚上11點才結束，另外酒店沒熱水，説是元旦爆房熱水泵都用壞了，住了一晚洗澡洗漱熱水都沒有，酒店也沒啥表示，就輕飄飄説了沒熱水，之前剛訂房本來想續一晚住，這以上情況，趕緊住一晚退房走人了，希望酒店能改進，這次體驗挺不好的。

首先前台服務很差，服務不熱情，衞生也差，枕頭是破的不説還臟，上面還有就類似於油點點污漬，空調開了那個聲音叫一個大，吵得睡不着，水温不熱，洗澡時候摔了一跤，防滑墊也沒有，床頭床單縫隙還有煙頭，長頭髮，總體感覺住的不舒服，這輩子不會再去這個酒店了……
