環境：一進大廳環境特別好，很大氣
衞生：房間很不錯，很乾凈

1、房間窗簾遮光效果不好，凌晨4點左右就被亮光刺醒，再也無法入睡。2、洗漱用品質量太差，沒法用。名稱是什麼國際酒店，但根本達不到國際標準。

酒店的服務貼心到極致，從前台辦理入住時工作人員的熱情微笑，到客房服務人員及時響應需求，每一個環節都讓人倍感温暖。早餐種類豐富多樣，山西特色美食應有盡有，口味也相當不錯，完全能滿足不同客人的需求。

這次入住上瀾國際酒店的體驗太真實了，必須分享！首先地理位置絕了，樓下就是地鐵站，打車去高鐵站也才20分鐘，對趕早班火車的我超友好。一進房間就聞到淡淡的清香，床鋪平整乾淨，浴室瓷磚沒有水漬，連角落都擦得發亮，潔癖星人也挑不出毛病。

酒店前台的服務態度挺不錯的，入住酒店介紹的很詳細，酒店位置也不錯，旁邊就是公交站和地鐵站，出行非常方便，距離機場很近，大概20分鐘車程，酒店早餐也很豐富，房間很温馨，下次還會來的。

上瀾宴主題活動很不錯👍希望推出3人家庭套餐，房間設施需要換新了，跟四星級標準有點差距，特別是花灑和洗漱池的水龍頭都很不好用，馬桶也愛堵
