Excellent location directly across the road from Maoye Plaza which is one of Taiyuan’s best shopping and dining destinations. The location means there’s a bit of traffic noise, and my room also had a bit of noise from the restaurant kitchen which was straight above, but it was all tolerable, especially for the convenience of the location. The room was very comfortable well-equipped, but cleanliness was a little down on what it should have been. Reception staff were most friendly and helpful, very quickly and happily helping when I had difficulty connecting to wifi. The breakfast was very good, with a healthy and tasty range of Chinese vegetable and meat dishes, salads, fruits, and more. I would very happily stay here again!

Had a great stay at this hotel. As always, Ibis Hotels provide good service and excellent cleanliness. The hotel is also situated in a good location near Mao Ye mall.

The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling commercial district close to the airport and high-speed rail station. The breakfast selection offered at the hotel was both varied and delicious. I appreciate the outstanding service provided by the young lady who assisted me with the check-in process; she is very kind, professional, and efficient. One minor suggestion is regarding the bathroom door. While the partially etched glass door is not necessarily a problem, a frosted glass door would provide more privacy for guests.
Overall, I had a great stay at the Ibis Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

dirty! dirty! dirty! The ceiling was dirty and messy, and the bedding was not changed at all. After a business trip for a few days, I came home and was infected with a very dirty disease, which was also passed on to my family! I am really angry. If I were a local, I would definitely complain to the relevant departments! If you want to stay in this hotel, if you are not afraid of the risk of contracting the disease or the risk of transmitting the disease to your family, please feel free to do so!

早餐種類非常多，而且看起來都很精緻，感覺物有所值呀整體店裡的環境很好，採光也不錯，📷蠻適合拍照的非常值得推薦，房間沒有任何異味，裝修簡潔時尚，是我喜歡的酒店風了位置很好找，雖然是週末來的，但🅿️停車位還挺多的，非常方便📍第一次來，幸好有工作人員的耐心講解，收穫非常美好的回憶這家環境真的好，不管是親朋好友聚會還是公司團建都是不二選擇，💓愛死這家寶藏店鋪了，以後會經常來的處理問題非常及時，喜歡這個酒店Σ＞―（〃°ω°〃）♡→
