位置絕佳，鬧中取靜，柳巷南路附近，去柳巷、鐘樓街、純陽宮、文廟都很方便，旁邊就是個文瀛公園，距離地鐵站開化寺街站也不遠，鐘樓街網紅餐廳一位難求衹好在酒店中餐廳吃了頓晚餐，味道也很不錯，想不通餐廳位置也不錯味道也可以為啥沒客人。唯一不足就是設施略舊裝修風格還是老式那種，

酒店地理位置優越，鬧中取靜，離公交站地鐵站都很近，出行非常方便，衞生乾淨，前台小夥子服務態度很好，很熱情。酒店還有自己的餐廳，中午碰上一位老師傅做拉麪，很美味，很棒！

地理位置方便，就在柳巷附近，附近有奧萊購物廣場，柳巷、銅鑼灣、鐘樓街步行街，吃飯購物都很方便，設施有點老了，服務不錯，有免費停車場。。

位置很方便，出門就是柳巷，挨着鐘樓街，門口是文灜公園，從公園傳過去就是山西飯店，和五一廣場，吃飯很方便，鐘樓街都是！

房間偏小但夠住，安靜整潔。水池籠頭出水不順暢，但很快就修好了。打掃服務人員很客氣，提供方便。環境很好，"文瀛公園"就在酒店旁，可以去散步。周圍是柳巷南路和開化寺街，商店林立，餐飲購物都很方便。早餐滿足要求。
酒店有停車場，雖然不大，但管理有效，為住店客人着想，方便出行。
