房間進去沒有熱水，和前台打電話之後，前台讓我們放水一會兒看一下，放了一會兒仍然是涼的，後來又把維修人員找過來，維修人員來了之後又放了一會兒水，説熱了，我一摸，就比涼水熱一點點，我説我要洗澡 這能洗澡嗎？人家給我來了一句，夏天這能洗。這就是如家的態度嗎？水涼就是水涼 換個房間或者什麼的都能解決，就是不解決，真的很垃圾
