The staffs are all helpful, the only problem is the room itself. The temperature in the bath and sink is hard to control.

There wasn’t even toilet paper. We called the front desk and told them that we didn’t have slippers in the room. They didn’t believe it. Hahaha, it’s so funny.

The service at this hotel is very attentive, the staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable and the facilities are complete. The location is convenient. There are many shopping and food options nearby. The sister at the front desk recommended the Shanxi pie. The Lao Taiyuan restaurant was really average. You had to queue up and it wasn't delicious. I really don't recommend it. The Qinghe Yuan I had the next morning was a hundred years old. There are no pitfalls in the old stores, they are all within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel!

周邊：最大的優勢是離晉商博物館、柳巷、鐘鼓樓、食品街很近，步行十幾、二十分鐘的距離。離北京南站也比較今晚，車程十幾分鍾。
