Location is right in the center near Mixc mall and the hotel is a great cheap alternative to Intercontinental in the next tower. Rooms can vary in appliances and if something is not working it is resolved quickly.
Overall great value for the money. Will definitely stay there if visit the city again.

地理位置非常好，附近就是科技館、博物館、圖書館、美術館和大劇院，文化氛圍很濃厚。不遠處有大型商場和小吃街。唯一不足就是電梯等待不方便哦！

酒店環境乾淨衞生，並且通風很好，前台服務也是非常的貼心。早餐種類很多，有長者喜歡吃的健康的粗糧，也有孩子喜歡的酸奶香腸，體驗非常滿意。衞生乾淨，一塵不染，房間住着很安心，早餐也很nice，入住首選。

來太原參加馬拉松比賽，選擇了住在太原銀座假日酒店，住了一晚以後感覺乾淨衞生，性價比極高，參加馬拉松比賽時，還貼心的準備了小瓶的礦泉水，位置也好，樓下就是萬象城，六大館，出去玩的時候，前台還可以免費存包，酒店入住最佳選擇。

服務很差，毫無服務意識，説過要多訂一天，就偷偷把房訂出去，也不問一下是否續住。等着元旦漲價呢是吧。
而且入住還要交100的按金。現在哪的酒店還要按金。。
