衞生很一般，房間味道很大，設施相對來説很老舊，但是你想在茂業跟前這個價格註定好不了，隔音效果不好，沒有太休息好。早早起來就走了。

房間一般般，洗澡一會熱水一會涼水，不能洗，然後房間廁所對着睡覺的地方，第一次進酒店聞到臭味。早餐內個服務人員非常煩，況且早餐説的是9點沒有的，我們8點多去，東西也全都撤了。另外再酒店我還丟了一條很重要的項鍊

住第一天洗澡水不下水，滿衞生間的水，第二天換了一個房間半夜一點多服務枱門都沒有敲直接用房卡開門找別人遺留的襪子，真的是奇葩，確實有一雙襪子在椅子上，這個衞生是怎麼做的？居然漏雙襪子就開新住客？門都不敲隨便開門找襪子説忘記有新住客了？給兩瓶礦泉水補償，半夜三更的啥補償能補償？今天提出來就是想讓服務質量要重視起來，希望能改進

為孩子中考訂的酒店，酒店服務非常差，具體有如下幾點。1.提前去酒店看的房間，預訂的房間，結果入住時，又給調整了房間。2.沒有一次性拖鞋，與前台反饋後，答覆是沒有，結合第二天打掃房間，又給配上一次性拖鞋了。3.上午10點20分左右，到前台送了房卡，辦理了退房，結果在12點02分，酒店前台一位男士，又打電話，很不禮貌的直呼名字，問我要房卡，説退房時間到，為什麼不辦理退房，不送房卡。我解釋説，上午已退房。酒店客服人員就不禮貌掛斷電話。房間一般，早餐也一般。唯一好的，就是選對了攜程平台，攜程客服處理問題非常及時，服務非常好。
