房間空間還是挺大的，設施有點老舊，但還算乾淨，卧具床鋪還是乾淨衞生的，枕褥也很舒適，早餐品種較少，但還算精緻，前台服務接待很好。

離晉商博物館和鐘樓街都不遠，博物館還是很值得去看的，酒店服務也是相當的好，房間敞亮，暖氣足，在一小時3塊錢的鬧市還能免費停車，相當給力。停車場保安也是很風趣，很不錯。

住了好多次，從來沒有點評過！房間設施舊可以理解，衞生不乾淨讓前台給換個房，還讓我自己下去前台換？ 這麼大的酒店，因為設施老舊就沒有人管理了嘛？前台服務極差！保安師傅來給我換卡，非常好，非常有耐心，還跟我説換到滿意為止。我也不是不講理，我很感謝保安師傅的態度。前台你自己看看圖片，我是為難你嗎？我是在刁難你嗎？
