酒店設施陳舊，人員管理較為散漫，房間衞生尤其是衞生間堪憂，下水道有娥蚋，浴缸沒水且臟。
早餐很差，不到8點半雞蛋沒有，蒸包子等沒有，涼菜沒有，一直到閉餐也沒有補充。誰見過早餐給煮康師傅方便麪的酒店。學學五一廣場周邊酒店的管理和服務吧。
酒店雖然取得很多名頭，也宣傳很多名人打卡，如果再不加強整改，必將被淘汰，不要再在歷史的功勞簿上躺平了。

原本是路過後臨時決定選這裏來住，但真的太令人驚艷了。
酒店整體和房間裏雖然有一點年代感，但很乾凈，隔音也很不錯，我們一家住的套間，非常舒適。
酒店外就是公交站，附近還有山西飯店等知名美食飯店，也有一些小店，吃飯和交通都十分方便。
酒店餐廳早餐十分豐富，即使是春節期間業足夠住客正常就餐。

慕名而來！計劃住兩晚，前台辦理手續還是非常不錯的，比較滿意！但是入住當晚十一點多還能聽到隔壁説話聲，再接着不知道哪個房間拍打房門聲。
十二點半左右突然有人刷卡開我所住房間的門（聽聲音一男一女），反覆幾次打不開，因為我反鎖了房門所以怎麼也打不開，我起來大門口問是誰，一個女的回答（好像她是服務人員）説:一個客人讓開門的……我問她問什麼不核實身份就給開門？結果就是一句不好意思就完了……
睡到凌晨四點多又有人來開門，由於入睡前把房門反鎖了，所以一樣打不開，但刷卡的鎖被打開了結果門鎖的警報響了接近十分鐘把我驚醒再也不敢入睡，收拾東西儘快退房！
據此實在差評！絕對不推薦！

這估計是我寫的最長的一篇點評了。
首先，很感慨，很可惜，舊時王謝堂前燕，飛入尋常百姓家。氣派的大樓，天一宮的名字，樓內可見的輝煌，都成了過去。上大學那會兒，每每路過，都十分好奇，甚至都不知道是幹嘛的。
其次，套間房間特別大，安排的樓層景觀也很好，裝修復古都是純實木很喜歡，衹是配套設施老舊一點兒，早餐也不錯，吃飽了。拼多多十塊十斤包郵除尿鹼的特別好用，馬桶就光潔如新了。
最後呢，説説午夜驚魂。定了兩天房間，第一天開了一下午車抵達酒店，出去吃了個飯，晚上回去休息。晚上十點左右全部休息了。晚上十一點開始，洗手間鏡燈開始像瀑布一樣漏水，被聲音吵醒，房內的座機電話所有按鍵聯繫不上任何人，最後撥打了訂房平台的酒店關聯電話，才聯繫上人，派了崔大姐來，崔大姐叫了水電工師傅，十二點終於搞定。我是快凌晨三點才睡着的。第二天，崔大姐和另一位大姐幫忙換了房間，後來第二天直至第三天離店，就一切正常了。
酒店風格挺好，沒必要大力氣重新裝修，重新修整就行了。住過很多百年或者五六十年的老酒店，很有底藴，維護和保養更重要，還有就是酒店人員的培訓。
設施出問題很正常，但是半夜遇到緊急情況應該及時響應，這種安全問題更是重要，又驚又怕嚴重影響了睡眠，而且從始至終都沒個經理領班啥的，就是打掃衞生的崔大姐幫忙處理。
應該退我一天房錢。

房間不怎麼乾淨，浴室全是頭髮，浴缸裏面也都是臟東西，隔音也不是很好，設施都有點老了，但是早餐還是不錯的
