環境基礎設施到位，不嘈雜，工作人員服務態度很好。來看演唱會的，離龍興街地鐵站不遠，直接就是接駁車站點，離機場打車十公里，也很方便。

附近吃飯方便，離地鐵很近，交通還是很便利的，前台小姑娘很熱情，問太原好吃好玩的地方，給我們介紹的很詳細，房間乾淨，屋子整潔，打掃的阿姨服務挺好，多給我拿了2瓶水，驚喜的是前台有小童拖鞋和牙刷，配套還挺全的，對我們帶娃的太友好了。
