The Parkview hotel is a five star hotel with modest price. The location js perfect and convenient. The hotel rooms are extremely well maintained. My room had a direct view of Yingze park and the night scene was spectacular. The hotel’s breakfast buffet features an amazing collection of local delicacies and it was hard not to overeat. The Chinese restaurants serve outstanding dishes. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. Ms Wang Zewei was especially helpful. I would absolutely return time.

There are welcome fruits and drinks when you check in. Concierge Zhao Peng and Xiao Zheng help pick up and drop off luggage and provide cotton swabs. The service is friendly.
Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, cleaned in time, Wang Lijuan from the housekeeping department is responsive and considerate to provide disposable bath bags.
Environment: The location is excellent, on Yingze Street in the core of Taiyuan, it takes 15 minutes to go to the Bell Tower Pedestrian Street, and it takes less than 15 minutes to take a taxi to the Provincial Museum. Going downstairs is Yingze Park. It is very pleasant to enjoy the scenery by the lake. The park is worth a visit. The hotel's exclusive passage is directly accessible and convenient.
Facilities: The room is spacious and it is enough to bring a teenager to live in a twin bed. You can overlook the beautiful park from the room. The facilities are basically complete, the toiletries Herborist are very easy to use, and the Wiff signal is good. The disadvantage is that there is no USB, but the customer service promptly provided the plug and connection.
The breakfast is not amazing, but you can taste the local specialty brain, which is said to be a great tonic in winter
