Jurui Hotel

Environment: It is in a place like a car repair park, quite shabby... urban-rural junction Sanitation: It is actually quite clean. The hotel is very old, but the toilet is not scaled, which is quite impressive... Service: The service staff who sent me to the airport in the morning was very nice. He was the only older man I met in Shanxi in the past few days who seemed to have a lively look in his eyes... The service staff in the restaurant on the second floor was also very nice when taking orders... He was very honest and told me that I had eaten enough and didn't order anymore... Facilities: It was probably well decorated back then, but after a long time, everything is broken. It needs to be renovated and replaced with new ones

It was snowing heavily. I walked 70 minutes from the airport to the hotel. There was a meal at 9 pm. I was very satisfied. It was my first time walking 4 kilometers on a snowy road. It was a deep memory.

The sanitation and facilities are good, free pick-up and drop-off are available, recommended

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the entrance of the highway, very suitable for a rest during a self-driving tour. The breakfast is also good, only Chinese food, no freshly ground coffee and bread, but milk. There is also a dinner a la carte, Jin cuisine and home-cooked dishes, the taste is good, the hotel has its own free parking lot, plenty of parking spaces, thumbs up 👍🏻

The airport drop-off service was on time in the morning. The room was clean enough. I will come again next time.

The hotel is clean, the service is friendly, and there is a thoughtful tea service (after I finished my business and returned to the room, the waiter brought me a cup of steaming hot brown sugar water, which was very touching). I was so touched to encounter such care when I was away from home. I burst into tears...

The environment is very good and clean. The service attitude is also good. The food in the restaurant on the second floor is also delicious. I am very satisfied with this hotel.

The electric kettle was broken after entering the room. The original room was given two bottles of water, but they dried up without my noticing and leaked. I asked the housekeeper to help replace and refill the bottled water, but they told me that I had to pay extra?  But it was free in the package I purchased. It was also confirmed that there were no tea bags in the room, but it was free in the package I purchased. I confirmed with the counter and they said there were none. The toiletries were not complete. There were some left by the previous guest from other houses. Service: The communication attitude was tough and it was more difficult.  Environment: Breakfast was provided, but there was no coffee, and there were no Western forks or spoons. It didn't meet the expectations of four stars.
