地理位置非常好，離太原站步行10分鐘，停車方便，後院停車場車位中等，早餐也非常不錯，酒店環境衞生都不錯，圖四是後院停車場入口

房間整潔乾淨，整體還不錯，關鍵是離火車站近，服務員1號小姐姐熱情耐心，服務很不錯，如果是出差或者旅遊的，值得推薦一下

這家酒店的環境優雅，裝修設計風格獨特。地理位置交通便利，酒店的服務態度也不錯，退房早也給打包了簡餐。
但是有一説一，房間灰塵很明顯，網絡信號和手機信號很差，不知道是不是因為在電梯隔壁有信號幹擾

本人是格林家老會員了，十幾年沒發生過不愉快事情。昨天入住夜班服務人員熱情周到，由於第二天晚間回程車票，中間無法回來退房，第二天一早便退了房間把包包存放前台了。下午回來取包時候，想去趟衞生間，服務員説去後麪餐廳，餐廳鎖門。看見一樓的有個公共衞生間也上鎖，又來請前台兩個男生服務員幫忙解決去一趟廁所，直接回復説沒辦法。難道退了房間就不能在上廁所嗎？人有三急何況我們老年人出門不易，小年輕前台冷血態度，及其可惡。
