酒店相當漂亮，房間也很乾凈，一開始擔心有怪味，先進去看了，無話可説，從服務到衞生，必須全是十分滿意，強烈強烈強烈推薦，包括門口引導停車的小哥都超級有耐心，服務真的沒得説。價格合適，衞生乾淨，服務熱情！

這家酒店的服務態度很好，員工熱情耐心，尤其是前台的太陽小姐姐。環境優雅，氣氛輕鬆自在，每個角落都充滿詩情畫意。設施：這次入住的房間非常寬闊，甚至還有一個很大的露台，寶寶也開心的在房間裏跑來跑去。五樓還設定了洗衣房，負一樓還有健身房。安全性，可以強調酒店的安全措施做得很好，比如門鎖、監控等都很到位。住在這裏，讓我的旅途更加舒適。

頭一次來這個酒店 感覺挺高大上的。
前台辦理入住迅速，前台經理小徐貼心式的服務，點贊👍房間佈局合理，24小時熱水穩定，餐廳美食眾多，很滿意。
重點是還可以去澡堂洗澡，這一點很重要 讓搓背大哥搓個澡可以洗去一身的疲憊，超級贊 性價比超高哦

房間很寬敞很舒服，離奧萊很近，走路過去就能溜達。入住前訂錯想要的房間了，前台工作人員涵涵態度熱情，溝通後給升級了房間，親自跑過來送房卡。體驗很不錯，下次還過來。

連續開了兩天的房，第二天下午出來衹要不安頓從來不給打掃房間，然後半夜回去才等着打掃呀，每次讓續房能打好幾個電話催，説一會兒收拾完下去給續，一直打電話，第一前台壓的按金呢，第二鞋子不讓穿到房間，鞋也在下面放的呢，人還能跑了是怎麼滴，住個酒店被催的緊張的，還有鞋不讓穿到房間可以，你高低給簡單擦一下外面的土也行，最近風大外面全是土，鞋臟的都沒法擦

酒店對面800米有奧特萊斯，可以買衣服。
房間挺大，就是窗户很小。地暖很強，31℃,烤人。 順便可以泡澡，還可以。一樓大廳可以洗鞋，方便快捷。
服務還是不太專業，人員服務意識參差不齊。

房間挺乾淨，但是不隔音，我們住的窗户對街的，早上六點多就噪音特別大，和睡在馬路上一樣，而且外賣也不讓上樓，第二天結賬還多收了費，是自己核對單子前台才給退的，有一個特別低的茶几，吃飯還得蹲着
