The hygiene is good and the facilities and equipment are very new. I took a taxi from Taiyuan South Railway Station to Home Inn at 11pm, and was told that the room was under maintenance, so there was no room available! (If we didn’t have a room and communicated with us earlier, we wouldn’t have rushed from Hukou to Taiyuan in the heavy rain). This is the first time I encountered such a dishonest hotel. The solution given by the hotel is to let us cancel the order on Ctrip first and book another downgraded hotel under Homeinn. The stalemate between the two parties was not resolved until twelve o'clock. Later, we asked for a maintenance room to settle the children first. I made a decisive complaint the next day. Thanks to Ctrip, they investigated clearly within 2 hours and paid me compensation. Although I was surprised to encounter such a thing, Ctrip's solution made me feel quite safe and I will use Ctrip in the future.
