服務：前台小姐姐特別好，所有工作人員見面都會熱情的打招呼！
衞生：雖然酒店旁邊有些地方在裝修，但是一點都不混亂很乾凈。客房裡很乾凈整潔。

考試訂的，不是那天直接降價一半，雖然這個很正常吧，但是這個環境真的一言難盡，很難相信這是快兩百的酒店，電梯也不行，門也很簡陋，整體非常久，裝修的話裝飾畫和燈的開關甚至是歪的。。絕了啊，前台也不行，一直在要所有來的人下載app，還要拿着手機操作。。

佈局合理，面積正好，雖然就在路邊，但是還不算吵。雙床房有兩份自助早餐，品種豐富，乾淨衞生。服務員態度都非常好！交通便利。下次還可以來住。

這附近出行都挺方便的，離萬達柳巷起步價就到。樓下就有飯店，超市，購物吃飯兩不誤。房間很暖和，有暖氣，前台安排的房間很合心意，衞生間乾濕分離，床品很舒適，被子也是新換的，軟乎乎，睡的很舒服。客房服務員很nice，衞生打掃的乾淨，房間有4瓶礦泉水，充分滿足需求。坐在大廳，前台小姐姐還有現煮的梨湯，點贊👍。有事情沒有辦法及時退房，前台也很通情達理，延遲了一小會。很會變通。強烈推薦入住。這家服務沒的説，棒！以後來太原就住這了

住過最差的漢庭，沒有之一，酒店在裝修，比較亂，房間裏衞生較差，設施感覺也沒達到漢庭的平均水平，服務也很一般。
