Stayed at the hotel for one night to visit the Jinci Temple and the Shanxi Museum. The location of the hotel is convenient, right next to the museum. The stay was definitely fine but missing some nice attentions : the check-in is quite cold and the fridge in the room is empty (no drinks but water). Also, the carpet in the room had many big spots despite the cleaning. A few more details would make the experience more memorable.

首先服務不好前台無精打采沒什麼笑容走廊碰見的服務員也不主動打招呼保潔阿姨倒是問好了還有一定小心打開冰箱！離櫃子太近手直接劃了紅了早餐更差！10點閉餐 9點40到的基本全涼了吃的也一般服務員更是十點收盤子總之入住體驗差

房間硬件能達到五星的，房間和大堂的設施都很新，設計現代簡約。衞生情況很好，入住當天和中間打掃都很到位。早餐不夠五星，豐富度欠缺，尤其對於小童，可吃的有點少。自助餐廳正月十五前不開放，且酒店周圍沒有好餐廳，在餐飲部分有點欠缺。不過中餐廳的點餐出品是夠豪華酒店標準的，味道都很好。房間電視是無法連接投屏的。衞生間的水温和水壓很穩定，酒店在15以上的高層，這點很贊。馬桶間是完全獨立的，非玻璃隔斷，淋浴間外有洗手枱，馬桶間也有洗手枱，家庭入住很方便。
