Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious with plenty of electric outlets around the room to make sure there were enough to keep devices charged and to plug in laptops etc. The breakfast buffet had a more than ample variety of foods.
The significant drawback to the room was the lack of privacy in the bathroom area. The area aound the sink was completely open without any effort to allow privacy when dressing. The toilet stall and shower cubicle were worse, with translucent doors to the sink area. A little bit of attention to design could have easily addressed the problems. A shame considering the great customer service!
