It is a wonderful location which gave us a lot of convenience & time. Especially Mr.Chang who is very helpful.helping us book online 3 tour destinations.he a very humble person. Beside staff ah mei also great staff which keeps checking asking to clean our room. I fully recommend staying at this hotel. Given this hotel 5 star rating.

The location of the hotel is good, however from early in the morning until almost midnight there is really loud music from the street, that caused us trouble to sleep. The amenities are in really bad condition. The shower hanger fell on us and caused bleeding, and everything is kind of broken.
The hotel stuff are really nice and try to help with everything.

Room was dusty and had smell of cigarette smoke, not very well maintained despite it being "new" . The location of the hotel is on a very busy tourist street, convenient if you are travelling but downside is the noise from the stalls on the street.

The hotel is in a great location, right at the north entrance of the food street. Going downstairs is the food street, which is so convenient for shopping and eating! The guest rooms are a bit compact, but they are fully equipped and clean. There is also a free water bar and some guest supplies in the lobby of the hotel, which is really thoughtful! The service staff encountered in and out of the hotel are very polite and enthusiastic... I will come again next time!
