JW Marriott Hotel Taiyuan

The Marriott in Taiyuan is very new. I chose this hotel for my business trip. The receptionist, Wanni Tong, was very considerate and helped me upgrade the room type. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Longcheng.

A family of three chose JW when traveling to Taiyuan. First of all, the lobby is very bright and large, and there is a Christmas tree. When checking in, the concierge Allen, the front desk Wanni and Erin left a deep impression on me. I like the front desk staff's sunny and smiling service. The room is very comfortable and nice, and the scenery is also good. When checking in, my mobile phone fell on the sofa in the lobby. I am very grateful to the duty manager Amy Zhao for helping me find it and sending me to the room. Then the person who answered the phone in the room seemed to be Jill. Very polite and professional. The child accidentally fell in the swimming pool. After calling, a manager Yuan immediately sent me a band-aid and iodine. I also experienced the executive lounge. The lounge manager Laura was very friendly. Seeing that I was with my baby, she helped me get a baby chair. I stayed the next day. The front desk should be called Aria, and she was still smiling and sunny. I was curious that the front desk of JW was so enthusiastic, unlike some hotels where the front desk had a stern face and spoke to people in a bad mood. The only downside is that the breakfast needs to be improved. It would be better if it was optimized. It's not a very nice breakfast experience. Next time I stay, I have to ask what brand the aromatherapy in the lobby is. I personally feel it smells too good. 0.0

I was very surprised by this hotel! The room is spacious and bright, the bed is super comfortable, and the facilities are complete. Erin, the front desk staff, is warm and polite, and always meets my needs at the first time. I can feel its high quality and professional service. It happened to be a weekend check-in, so there was a little episode. But I happened to meet Manager Leo, who made perfect and quick arrangements. The attitude is enthusiastic and the professional quality is very high. Always with a sincere smile, responsive. It makes people feel warm. Manager Leo foresaw and met every need of mine with meticulous care. Moreover, the fresh and comfortable environment made my body and mind completely relaxed. The overall experience is great, quiet and comfortable, highly recommended. Especially the manager Leo and his team are really excellent. Every time I stay here, I feel at home.
