A clean hotel but did not meet standard of Hilton. Hotel frequently doesn’t have hot water and on the last night water was stopped from midnight to 6:30am for maintenance. There are two elevators one stopped working in middle of stay and they blocked it via a dustbin. Breakfast was so so

It was my first time to visit Taiyuan, and then I booked our hotel. The guy at the front desk upgraded our room for free. The room was very good, with big floor-to-ceiling windows. I would especially like to praise the aunt who cleaned the room. She cleaned up very well when we came back the next day. It was clean and our pajamas were neatly folded.
