We stayed at the hotel for one night, while going from Pingyao to Zhangjiajie. We arrived at the train station in the evening, and had to take the train the following morning. The hotel offers pickup and drop-off which was very convenient and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with snacks, tea and all the furnitures we could need. The staff was SO helpful: they ordered some food for us (everything on the app was in mandarin and we couldn't understand how to do it ourselves), recommended some local favorites, and delivered it to our room. They also helped us do laundry even though it was late in the evening, so we had clean clothes to continue our trip. All in all, our stay was excellent, and I couldn't recommend the hotel more.

早班航班選擇了這裏，周邊雖然環境差了點，但新開的酒店非常乾淨，房間供暖很好，非常之熱～有免費的接送機服務非常方便，早餐沒有吃無法評價，前台服務可以進一步提升

首先晚上預訂之前跟酒店前台電話溝通了一下凌晨到是否方便？那邊給予得答案是可以，然後掛完電話預訂酒店準備出發太原
定這個酒店的因素首先是離高鐵站比較近，因為我第二天要去接站，所以中途就停留幾小時還是要考慮性價比
凌晨兩點到了酒店前台之後，我跟前台説希望安排一間相對安靜的房間休息，結果安排的是路邊吵吵鬧鬧讓我接近於四點鐘才休息，早上不到七點，同樣被路邊跟酒店住宿人員吵醒，隔音效果太差！我起床洗漱後不到九點就出門了……並且酒店屬於剛開業不久還是有些漆麪味道
酒店目前看屬於臨街單獨出來一片地蓋的房子，標榜四星，不管是服務還是配備能有三星標準就不錯了，
酒店冰箱裏麪沒有東西並且還沒有插電，這也不知道是在應付誰？
説一下酒店的優點，細節上做的用心了，全屋聲控，屋內聲控有電視機提示，衞生間馬桶旁邊同樣也有提示，要是沒哪提示，我估計大部分第一次使用的人不會用，花灑🚿下方有温度跟時間顯示，這個是我住過酒店裡麪國內沒有見到過得……
