We stayed at the hotel for one night, while going from Pingyao to Zhangjiajie. We arrived at the train station in the evening, and had to take the train the following morning. The hotel offers pickup and drop-off which was very convenient and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with snacks, tea and all the furnitures we could need. The staff was SO helpful: they ordered some food for us (everything on the app was in mandarin and we couldn't understand how to do it ourselves), recommended some local favorites, and delivered it to our room. They also helped us do laundry even though it was late in the evening, so we had clean clothes to continue our trip. All in all, our stay was excellent, and I couldn't recommend the hotel more.

I chose this place for an early flight. Although the surrounding environment is a bit bad, the newly opened hotel is very clean, the room is well heated, and it is very hot. 這個酒店很新，設備也很好，大力推薦一下。房屋裡還有一些小零食，配備了耳塞，對我這種睡渣體質來説真是太貼心了。另外提供去高鐵的接送，服務態度也很熱情，硬件和軟件都非常到位，非常完美。一開始看到評論數比較少我訂的時候還有一點猶豫，後來證明高分是有他的道理的！

設施：小度語音控制，其他都挺好，就是沖廁所不靈敏，要手動。
衞生：還不錯
環境：一邊是工地，不過晚上不吵。另一邊是馬路，聽家裡人説有點吵，但我睡著了。酒店配備耳塞。最不好是周圍沒上檔次的飲食店，都是小店，吃飯衹能外賣，機器人送餐。
服務：服務必須點贊，個個都很有禮貌，是這次旅途遇到服務態度最好的酒店。
