The sign hanging at the door said rest. Do you understand the English on it? Do not disturb. I reported it to the front desk, and the front desk still argued that they had knocked on the door and called, which means they were not in the room before they entered. It's really bad. When I checked in, I called to add a quilt. We waited for two hours and went out. When we came back, we called again at 18:30 for the quilt. We called again at 20:00 and the quilt was delivered. When I checked in before, I clearly had breakfast, but I was told that I didn't have breakfast. I was arranged on the 8th floor, and the view from the window was not good. I applied for a high floor and called to ask, but they said no, and they said my window on the 8th floor was the largest. Well, the windows of the whole hotel are the same from the outside. Because it was the Spring Festival, I chose an executive room, which was on the 7th to 13th floor. This arrangement was really unhappy. After reporting it to Ctrip, the front desk called and said that we could change to the 11th floor because the suitcase was opened. My husband said no. We checked in after 12 o'clock. Ctrip provided us with a check-in of 4 hours in advance. If the hygiene was not cleaned well, I could wait. The service awareness of the front desk was too poor. The hardware of the hotel was good, but the bad thing was that the service could not keep up. I will not stay again.

It's really great, the service is also great. I went to the front desk for consultation several times and they answered me patiently. It's really good. The breakfast is also great. The experience is better than the Atour hotel I stayed in before. I will stay in this hotel when I go to Taiyuan next time~~~
