好的地方：距離晉源中學很近，有簡單早餐提供，提供了一次性浴巾毛巾等，環境安靜。
不足之處：主要就是無wifi，我這個房間去的時候電視投影沒裝好未提前告知；再一個是可能因為沒有暖氣的緣故，感覺晚上開了空調也比較冷。
其他的我覺得還行，基本的設施還是有的，這兒本身比較偏所以是在一個巷子裏，考試住的話還可以。不過我訂的時候房價是165，感覺性價比不高，應該是考試溢價了。
綜合就是覺得如果設施完善的話，那麼這個價錢其實還是可以接受的；但是wifi和電視不具備的情況下我會覺得偏貴了，而且應該提前告知。希望老闆有條件可以完善一下，祝生意興隆，越開越好啊。

房東非常好，我定的是標間，給我換成了三人間。基礎設施很齊全，有半自動的窗簾，小米電視，晾衣架和桌椅。床睡起來也很舒服，而且有消過毒的味道。衞生間的基礎設備都是齊全的。
