豪華雙床房還挺寬敞，只是衞生間的馬桶坐着特別不舒服，也不是智能馬桶，淋浴間的門關不上，好像有些歪了。
房間內每天給留4瓶礦泉水，2瓶在外面常温，2瓶在冰箱，還有可樂雪碧各一廳，免費提供，感覺還不錯。
打掃衞生的大姐和早餐廳的美女服務員都挺客氣，每天會主動打招呼，閑聊幾句，讓人感覺還不錯。

設施：衞生間洗澡花灑設計不合理，對着門，洗完澡整個屋子滿地水，燈開關按鍵亂七八糟的，得按好幾次才會有反應，
衞生：喝水杯沒刷，
環境：大廳不大，和樓上的公寓公用的一個大廳，人員比較亂，房間比較小，住着不是很舒服，
服務：還行吧，前台12點就都睡覺了，下去大廳裏沒人，上下電梯得刷卡，關鍵是去停車場還需要刷房卡，退房了還需要服務員重新刷了才能下去，

位置優越交通便利，酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。早餐不錯，品種多，附近就是商場，非常方便，離柳巷鐘樓街很近，特地去打卡了，個人覺得性價比蠻高。

酒店的位置非常好，在商場旁邊，逛，吃，玩一條龍，非常方便。前台服務熱情周到，有問題都能第一時間解決，設施很新，還是智能的，每個房間都有小度可以直接語音對話，解放雙手，非常滿意以後會常來的！

酒店位置繁華，地下三層有專屬停車場，距離東湖醋園步行1.1公里；早餐品質是出行最看重的選擇，果然餐廳環境温馨小巧品類豐富，有現煮麪條餛飩煎蛋；入住時發現房間洗手間地上有一些頭髮，感覺不太舒服，和酒店前台溝通請她們趁我們打卡醋園時再細緻打掃一下，晚飯後回到房間就看到桌上手寫信和贈送小果盤，誠意滿滿。

衞生一般，看起來有點老舊，設施還行有點像全季，沒啥服務，位置還行吧反正到哪都是打車。説得過去，性價比一般，不會再來了。

可以説非常好的一家酒店，孩子玩的樂高、滑梯、搖搖馬、小帳篷特別全！房間佈局也都合理！下次還會再來！唯一遺憾沒照照片，但商家提供照片絕對真實！
