The front desk reception was warm and thoughtful, and the room type was upgraded proactively. The smiling service throughout the whole process made guests feel at home.
The room was equipped with a welcome card and snacks, and a charging cable and sewing kit were all available.
Facilities and environment
The bedding was soft and soundproof, the floor-to-ceiling window had a healing view, the fitness equipment was complete and the swimming pool had good water quality.
The room was equipped with smart home, and the bathtub + high-speed WiFi met the dual needs of leisure and office.
Sanitary standards
The glass floor of the bathroom was as smooth as new, and there was no dust in the corners after daily deep cleaning.
The linens were changed and disinfected daily, so even people with mysophobia could sleep peacefully.

The room had a foul smell from the sewer, it was extremely smelly.
The sofa and chairs were super dirty.
I went there after seeing there was a washing machine, but it wasn't there.
The front desk didn't have any solution. The parking lot said SUVs couldn't park there. I asked the security guard and he said it was okay. It was the kind with three floors above ground and underground. It took a lot of effort to park it, so I didn't change hotels. There were two big fake eyelashes on the bed.

There was no hot water when I just washed my hair. I contacted the staff but no response. I had no choice but to use a kettle to boil water for a shower... The renovation started at 8 o'clock in the morning. I called the customer service and they said they didn't know what time the renovation would start. I contacted them on WeChat and they said they would communicate, but the renovation never stopped and the noise was getting louder... They didn't inform me in advance. If they had told me earlier, they would have moved to another place... I have never been so speechless. I will never choose this type of hotel again. There is no guarantee at all.

很好的酒店這次入住的體驗真的超出預期！從踏入大堂開始，工作人員就熱情又專業，辦理入住的速度很快，還貼心地介紹了周邊的便民設施。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，晚上睡得特別香。浴室的熱水充足，水壓也很合適，洗漱用品的味道清新淡雅。早餐種類很豐富，中西式都有，食材新鮮，尤其是現做的麪條，味道超讚。地理位置也很方便，步行幾分鐘就能到地鐵站，去景點和商圈都很順路。下次來這邊，一定還選這家！
