Came to Taiyuan on a business trip and chose this hotel nearby. The hotel staff is good. My computer wireless card is broken, and I sent an email in a hurry. The response is very timely, especially Manager Li, who found me as soon as he learned about the situation, and found the network cable and the USB flash drive. He was busy and thought about the guests' needs and was anxious about the customers' needs. There are many types of breakfast. It is clean and tidy. The train is at 7 o'clock, and I went to have breakfast at 6 o'clock. It was unexpected. When I saw me packing breakfast, the waiter was very considerate to remind me whether I needed a plastic bag. It deserves praise. I will stay here again when I come to Taiyuan next time

The double bed room we booked is no longer available. We have upgraded to a business suite for free, which is extremely spacious for one person. The food in the room is delicious, the breakfast is very rich, and the most important thing is that the coffee machine for breakfast is great, and it is no longer instant coffee. There are enough bottles of water, and there are free drinks. Shanxi’s own sparkling water is placed outside the restaurant, and the waiter urges you to take it away.

Staff at the front desk were very kind and welcoming. They let us check in early. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to malls and great restaurants. People in Taiyuan drive everywhere so this hotel was very convenient to jump on the highway or catch a taxi. Room smelled of smoke even though this was a non-smoking room - it needed a little airing out.

New hotel, very nice and clean. Front desk stuff very helpful and friendly. Nice if you have to work in airport or south area from Taiyuan but a little bit far away from malls, shopping centers or other social life.
