As a Platinum member, you should be able to arrange or upgrade to a higher-level room, but we were assigned a room on the first floor. It was not until I raised questions on the spot that I reluctantly changed it to a room on the second floor. I was very dissatisfied. . 4. Breakfast, the most unsatisfactory experience. Breakfast was supposed to end at 9:30. When we arrived at the restaurant at 8:50, we found that there was almost nothing to eat.
