Luminous Hot Spring Resort
3.7/595 Reviews
Except that it is a little old, everything else is very good. The room is also very big. The hot spring in the room is very good without going out. The service is also responsive. There is a book bar on the first floor for rest, a small children's play area and a free beverage area. The swimming pool is outdoor, and there are bicycles to ride. There is a small park with sika deer to see. You can play for a long time in the hotel. It may be the off-season, so the room rate of more than 600 RMB is really worth it!

Chihpen Hot Springs
The quality is stable. There are also outdoor activities. He is very attentive. Very suitable for vacation In addition to the fact that the outdoor hot spring facilities are relatively old and occasionally dragonflies are flying around, the meals served in the room dining service are not very delicious. Other services are really good value

There is no other hotel with the best value for money in Zhiben! The breakfast is very rich, the hotel rooms are relatively large and new, the children's playground downstairs and various experience activities are very suitable for families with children. Although there is no hot spring pool, it is all hot spring water, so it is also great! There is also a special rest area on the first floor, which provides free coffee, tea and snacks. The coffee is freshly ground. There is a place to rest if you arrive early or check out. It is really a very considerate hotel

Taitung Station
Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, and overall, I wouldn't consider it worth the cost. The hotel itself is old, and the facilities feel very dated. While it boasts a large swimming pool and spa areas, they were unusable during our stay as they were running with cold water. We didn’t see anyone using them. The “beauty pool,” which was advertised as having heated water, was disappointing due to a strong sewer-like smell. Additionally, the sauna is not complimentary for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable. The dining experience was also underwhelming. The à la carte food in the restaurant was below average in quality, the portions were small, and the prices were high. However, the atmosphere was pleasant, though it felt odd being the only customers at 8 p.m. On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. I would rate it four stars for its variety of local and aboriginal food, which was a highlight of the stay. The timing of activities for kids was inconvenient as well. While kids could play pool and ping pong for free in the evening (after we arrived at 7 p.m.), all other activities were scheduled for late morning or early afternoon, after checkout time. The hotel’s location is another drawback. It is far from restaurants and busy areas, making it necessary to have a car or take a taxi. The one positive aspect of our stay was the room. We booked the premium family room/suite, which provided separate sleeping areas for parents and kids—a feature we appreciated. However, this came at a premium price, costing 25% more. I had requested a room with a view, and the front desk clerk was accommodating, which I appreciated. Overall, while the room and breakfast were nice, the rest of the experience didn’t justify the cost or the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and services.

The staff at Rihui are super attentive and kind. Check-in on December 12 happened to be the time when the swimming pool was under renovation, and the front desk informed me that the steam room in the female hot spring room was under renovation, wow! Small disappointment. It is recommended that the steps of the hotel’s women’s bathing and changing rooms should be posted with caution warning signs. The white church is lit up at night from 7 to 10 o'clock. I went there at 8 o'clock but didn't see it. I don't know why, so I was a little disappointed. The room is clean, spacious, and decorated in contrasting blue and orange colors, which makes me feel happy! The toilet has automatic flushing. The bathtub is available for bathing. Toiletries are provided and bath products are highly recommended. They are really easy to use and the skin is smooth and not dry after washing. It is super comfortable. The body lotion is refreshing and not greasy, and the hand cream is also very easy to use. It is so considerate! It’s really convenient to not provide toiletries when traveling (I still can’t understand some hotels claiming to be environmentally friendly but not providing toiletries) Free drinks are available from the refrigerator, and snacks and tea bags are provided in the room. The balcony faces the swimming pool and mountains, with a pleasant view. Sitting on the balcony drinking tea and dazing is very healing and relaxing😍 Breakfast has a variety of choices, the chef is great, the staff is friendly, the Chishang rice is so delicious, comparable to Japanese rice😂 Looking forward to having the opportunity to visit in the summer and enjoy the swimming pool,

Taitung Downtown/Tiehua Village
We had a wonderful stay in the hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful, the pool and view is amazing. Only topic to improve is to let the people eat and drink at the pool bar to enjoy the views as this bar isn’t open and nothing served.
