本民宿對搭乘火車到台東旅遊的觀光客來說，算是蠻方便的，步行約十分鐘內抵達，如果行李不多，騎Ubike也可五分鐘內抵達。附近一個路口即有Ubike站。不過，火車站附近較為荒涼，小吃店不多也較早關門，還好可以叫外送。
民宿主人夫妻是住在裡面，所以入住時間較為彈性，早上也能提前寄放行李。公共空間有桌椅、沙發區，佈置溫馨，也有提供免費米果、茶包、冰塊、飲水機、冰箱、餐具杯盤及付費泡麵、一次性備品。
民宿非常乾淨，赤腳走路也沒問題，浴室有分離式隔間，沐浴用品味道舒服也很高級。還有房間整體插座與開關配置非常符合需求，床頭有崁燈，還有開關，可在床上直接開關燈，每張床附近皆有充電座。
民宿主人很有熱忱，提供旅遊與美食資訊，甚至代為預訂叫車服務，以利隔天行程銜接。最重要的是週五晚上住宿仍物美價廉，整體住宿CP值頗高，非常滿意！推薦給來台東旅遊且選擇住在台東火車站附近民宿區的旅客。（附近有一大片民宿區，但我覺得我們住的環境很棒！）

距離台東火車站約十分鐘路程。櫃檯旁有小零食、紅烏龍茶包和咖啡機，還有電蚊拍、電子磅等可以借用。

可以帶狗狗覺得很棒👍 乾淨又衛生離市區也不會很遠，晚上住宿很安靜，附近停車也很方便。如果忘記帶洗漱用品的話櫃檯也能購買唷！

整體來說很棒的體驗 加上 老闆很負責任然後挺好的 可以跟老闆申請帶寵物 但是會有清潔費 是因為音樂節去的 所以推一推
