我都稱呼台東車站旁邊為「民俗村」，因為裡面整條街都是民宿，在民宿村裏面的一家小民宿，雖然不是很起眼，不過有停車場加分。在這個附近的民宿住了幾次，每次都換家，價格都差不多，品質也都不錯，只是這次比較累的是爬四樓，二樓是冰箱，一樓有加熱區域，設施基礎配備不錯，茶包跟咖啡比較普通些，沒有提供零食（民宿區的大多數都會提供一些點心或包子）不過也沒有特別失望，只是住很多次的比較下來，想到這裡就寫一下。隔音比較差一點點，走路都滿大聲的，因為強制換室內拖，不合腳就走路啪啪響，四樓去一樓裝水，啪的整樓都聽得到，然後端水上去又再啪一次，我都覺得很不好意思，或許以後可以考慮改成靜音拖鞋。網路很棒，環境不錯，不過窗簾不是遮光，白天五點就被太陽叫醒，這是最大的缺點。其他的沒有得挑剔，服務好又乾淨便宜，有停車格，以民宿村的比分來說，有80分。如果可以在客人入住前10分鐘幫忙開一下冷氣，會更感恩，冷氣有點小，吹了很久才涼，有風扇補助，但入房還是全身汗。折扣下來不到一千元，這些小問題也都是提一下，但並不是多嚴重的，還是很值得推薦的！
