We originally booked a double room, but we were upgraded to a quadruple room when we checked in. The room was well-equipped and included free bottles of water and biscuits. The reception staff were very polite. It was a pity that the bento was not served until 7pm so we didn't get to taste it. If I have the chance to come to Chiyou again, I will still choose to stay here.
