The soundproofing is very poor. A family with children came next door. The children were noisy since they checked in at around 6 o'clock. I told the front desk at around 7 o'clock to ask them to keep their voices down!! The noise started again at around 9 o'clock. I went over and started to scold them. The father said that the front desk did not tell them to keep their voices down... I also had a quarrel with the father...

Booked through trip, double room price after Chinese New Year is around 2000 yuan,

I upgraded to a double room on Tuesday after Chinese New Year, the room is very big when I enter,
I have two pillows per person, sleeping alone on a big bed
