The room is clean, but there are few electric plugs in the room. The quality of the hot spring water is very good, and the skin is slippery after soaking. The spa area is opposite the hotel and you have to cross the road to get there. Although there are not many cars and the problem is not big, it is still not as convenient as in the hotel.

當天下午1點到，可以先在櫃檯辦入住3點拿房卡前在旁有冰淇淋，小餅乾，咖啡，飲料免費使用，還可以先去玩水，雖然是有點年紀了，但維護的還不錯，下次來台東泡湯還會選這裡！

飯店雖然偏舊，但是都打掃的相對整潔，我過敏很嚴重但是都沒有打噴嚏👍代表清潔打掃能力很不錯

入住前幾天特別致電請安排高樓層，但到現場辦入住時櫃台人員卻說沒看到紀錄？ 櫃台人員說5樓的住客當天比較少，先安排在2樓，所以是以飯店方便為主？ 因為有帶高齡長輩，所以想說算了，2樓就2樓吧，只是覺得為什麼住客的特殊需求沒有被如實註記並安排⋯。
戶外溫泉區蠻大的，但晚上8點去泡時在有烤箱的那一層的池裡感覺水是混濁且能看到浮渣⋯⋯所以還是建議白天去泡（因為戶外溫泉到23:00結束後會清洗池子後換水）否則使用的人多希望水質好也難
