維持的還不錯的老飯店，很適合闔家老小一起泡湯旅遊，性價比還不錯
大廳旁的飲料小點心區深受歡迎，隨時都有人潮
溫泉水質即便在房間內都可以泡湯享受
最大的缺點是隔音不好，碰上親朋好友一起度假的家庭，小孩晚上十點還在喧嘩，有點不得安寧

當天下午1點到，可以先在櫃檯辦入住3點拿房卡前在旁有冰淇淋，小餅乾，咖啡，飲料免費使用，還可以先去玩水，雖然是有點年紀了，但維護的還不錯，下次來台東泡湯還會選這裡！

早餐種類非常多而且好吃，已經來過好幾次
飯店雖然偏舊，但是都打掃的相對整潔，我過敏很嚴重但是都沒有打噴嚏👍代表清潔打掃能力很不錯
這次來發現停車場變大了，不用擔心沒位子！

入住前幾天特別致電請安排高樓層，但到現場辦入住時櫃台人員卻說沒看到紀錄？ 櫃台人員說5樓的住客當天比較少，先安排在2樓，所以是以飯店方便為主？ 因為有帶高齡長輩，所以想說算了，2樓就2樓吧，只是覺得為什麼住客的特殊需求沒有被如實註記並安排⋯。
戶外溫泉區蠻大的，但晚上8點去泡時在有烤箱的那一層的池裡感覺水是混濁且能看到浮渣⋯⋯所以還是建議白天去泡（因為戶外溫泉到23:00結束後會清洗池子後換水）否則使用的人多希望水質好也難
