訂單原本是標示3～5樓，結果被安排在2樓，但櫃台給的是四人房二大床，地板是仿木紋磚，一進房內已經用預冷房卡開啟冷氣，飯店內部像是剛整修或是開業不久，衛浴乾濕分離還有免治馬桶，但沒有浴缸可泡澡，備品很齊全，房間插座非常多，燈光很明亮。
但要去市區或夜市逛逛的話，開車有點麻煩，繞許久停車一位難求，建議搭計程車前往，或騎飯店提供的腳踏車。
早餐說實在很一般般，菜色不多⋯⋯。
房務人員反而比櫃台親切，一般飯店少見😃

此點是家族旅遊6天5夜最後一站.非常糟糕..
進到房間有股惡臭.就像有放置尿布的房間.有小朋友的的人應該都知道我在形容的味道.然後去到廁所時.差點昏倒.原來此房型是無障礙的房間.整個感覺就像是在醫院住宿一樣.我沒針對任何無障礙設施的方面.但是如果是安排這種房型應該提早和訂房的顧客告知.如果顧客不接受可以取消.而不是強迫消費者去接受大過年的住到一間像在醫院的套房.而且味道就是尿布味.櫃檯人員後續提供一台空氣清淨機.開了一整晚還是臭..整個房間的味道都消不掉.非常難過.而且是6天5夜行程最糟糕的一夜…廁所淋浴的地方.水還消不掉.洗個澡腳還會泡在水裏.非常糟糕.房號是108號
床邊的櫃子上的玻璃.也沒做任何的防護.很尖很鋒利.我還用房間提供的毛巾包住.如果小朋友睡著翻身時撞到是非常危險的.
其餘桌子的木頭桌角都有包覆.唯有玻璃的沒包覆.這到底是什麼邏輯..

個人過去住過娜魯彎系列的所有飯店及會館！？但是有關膳食的部份本人有小小的想法提供分享....一般膳食廠商應該都是集中採購來降低成本！？希望日後能看到膳食水準提高的會館提供所有遠地的旅行者或本地的消費者滿滿的辛福享受。

照片廣告涉嫌欺騙消費者，健身房 温泉 小童遊樂室都在本館 甚至還要額外付費才能使用。服務人員的態度大部分都很奇葩，就一副你愛住不住的態度。店大欺客
