👍🏻靠近鹿野高臺，只需要15分鐘車程，有提供接駁車往返 👍🏻有提供嬰兒澡盆，嬰兒床，消毒鍋 👍🏻衛浴乾濕分離，可以泡湯 👍🏻有兒童遊戲區不過很單調(只有球池)，無邊際泳池(泳池的水是溫的) 👍🏻走廊有迎賓飲料24小時無限供飲用 👍🏻早餐午餐晚餐下午茶和宵夜餐點種類繁多美味，可以自己打果汁喝 👍🏻廁所的門把在晚上掉落，告知前台後馬上處理好 👎🏻公共空間和飯店的空調都不涼，而且房內的溫度沒辦法調整，睡覺和進食都會流汗 👎🏻戶外看梅花鹿的路上因雨天都是泥濘，易滑倒 👎🏻因周圍叢林環繞，蒼蠅，蚊子，蟑螂都可在房內看到

入住榻榻米房型，小桌子下都是灰塵跟髒東西，打掃不確實，冷氣滿涼，園區有梅花鹿，沒有臭味，梅花鹿很熱情健康小孩很愛，早餐沒什麼東西也不好吃，唯一好喝的是現泡咖啡，飯店外面有可愛親人的貓貓，還有遇到入住旅客帶可愛巨大貴賓，是寵物友善的店家，值得讚許。位置：開完熱氣球下山就到了，不用塞車回市區，位置很棒。

1. 早餐豐盛好吃，手冲咖啡讚，但太晚去有些東西沒補有些可惜 2. 房間溫泉水不夠熱，浴缸水會慢慢流失有點浪費水 3. 5樓的WiFi有問題，電視無法看，修了後隔天早上還是不能看
