Very disappointing. Arrived early evening on a Saturday to be told there was no food. Had to get back into the car to find food. Not even given direction or recommendations. No apologies either. The room was mostly clean but the door did not lock from the inside. Tired buildings, tired terrace. Breakfast was ok but I can't say the offering was great. I normally travel with my family and we like our stops in France to be part of the holiday. I will avoid this hotel in the future.

Upstairs room like a butlins chalet. Very cheap tatty accommodation, dirty bathroom. Very unpleasant woman in breakfast room obviously not wanting to be there! Coach trip accommodation, Rubbish hotel

I compared to other Campanille hotels this is run down and in need of some investment. As we were travelling through to another final destination we ate at the hotel. The food was of a very poor standard and the fish main course could possibly have been fish once. The room was clean, but there had obviously been a leak at one time as the bathroom ceiling looked in danger of falling down. It’s a handy location but I’d try elsewhere

j adore les campaniles merci pour le plateau d accueil j ai fait 5 hôtel sur une semaine vous êtes le seul a le faire votre literie est parfaite mais dommage restaurant ferme nous avons été bien reçu très bien situe un grand centre commercial tout près et le centre de Reims a 5 km parfait

Accueil bon mais à oublié de dire à la dame du lendemain que nous prenions le petit-déjeuner...risqué. Parking gratuit suffisant mais non gardé devant les chambres.. Nous ne demandons pas à cet hôtel vu le prix..du luxe. La chambre est comme le prix, petite mais propre et dispose à souligner d'une petite cafetière et petite télé. Salle de bain propre également avec une douche suffisamment grande, du savon, pas de sèche cheveux..attention mesdames 😉. Bien insonorisée malgré l'emplacement près de l'autoroute. Le petit déjeuner est basique mais complet 12euros. Café OK, fromage correct et jambon industriel, confiture, manque un oeuf et cela suffirait. Pain industriel mais correct. Bref on en a pour ce que l'on paie mais cela suffit.

Quand on prend une chambre pour deux on s’attendrait à y trouver deux chaises au lieu d’une. Je demande une chaise de plus au gérant et il me répond que c’est impossible. Pourquoi installer une grande surface avec cafetière si on ne peut s’y asseoir à deux. Ca fait 30 ans qu’on va dans les Campanile et on dirait que la qualite diminue. Bref, les voyages servent au moins à une chose: apprécier notre pays (le Québec) où chez nous, on se fend en quatre pour amêliorer le séjour des touristes…surtout aux prix qu’on paie.

Établissement à fuir, rempli de punaises de lit, partie en urgence en pleine nuit, les punaises ce sont glissées dans mes affaires, j'ai pu traiter chez moi tout cela à mes frais biensur. Honteux !!!!

Difficultés pour fermer le volet De la chambre Petit déjeuner limité Bruit important le matin de machine??? Salle de bain pas salubre et qui d’inondées car matériel défectueux Bref à ne pas fréquenter Si vs êtes pas content c normal Pour les touristes mauvaise image Extérieurement c’est sale moche à refaire Conclusion : lamentable!!!
